Zen
Introduction
The project is to redesign the Zen ergonomic desktop software, which helps employees improve their posture at work with exercises and reminders. The new design aims to provide a more personalized user experience by using Spectrum, Adobe's design system.
Background
● The existing product design can be improved with a more cohesive design system, strategic data visualization components, and enhanced features for optimized and custom care.
● The bar charts in the existing design may not be the most effective way to display posture data.
● Positional heat maps are a better choice for showing the distribution of leaning behavior across a two-dimensional space.
● Donut charts are most ideal for comparing proportions of a whole.
● A counter would be a more appropriate element design for users to get a quick glance at their progress.
